Dear my fellow friends. Appreciate if somebody could list down the requirements need for us to make HEALTH CARD.
Do we need to obtain letter from company first?
Where should we go?
What are others documents needed?
Hopefully this information can be used by other newcomers afterward.

Related documents require:-
1. NOC Letter - apply thru RG intranet.
2. Photos for each member of the family.
3. Copy of Resident Permit & ID card.
4. Copy of Blood Group. (only for the kids)
5. Qtel bill .(for stanby)
6. QR100 per head.
Submit to West Bay Medical Centre infront of Al-Meera Food Centre.
